We are honored to celebrate International Women’s Day today alongside you and our survivor artisans in South Asia. On our recent trip to meet our partners face-to-face, we were reminded of the uphill battle of economic empowerment faced by so many.
While we take today to celebrate every step forward, we also take today to sound the alarm that there is still a long way to go. Our female partners in South Asia still face daily trials as they navigate their newfound economic empowerment and we are so grateful for non-profit partners that are walking alongside them.
