We are thrilled to announce that Mended has been named D Magazine’s “Best Table Linens” for 2024! As D Magazine celebrates its 50th year as the premier magazine in Dallas, this recognition means the world to us. Each year, the “Best Of” list is a trusted guide for readers deciding where to eat, shop, and support local businesses, making this honor all the more special.
Founded in 2020 by Mallory Martin, Mended is more than just a home goods brand; it’s a mission-driven business that partners with survivors of modern-day slavery in South Asia. Through the centuries-old art of hand block printing, these talented artisans create stunning, one-of-a-kind table linens and textiles that bring beauty and purpose into every home. Our journey has always been about more than just products; it’s about creating a meaningful impact through economic empowerment.
“We are completely delighted to be recognized by D Magazine as having the Best Table Linens in the city,” says Mallory Martin, founder of Mended. “We know there are lots of home goods companies in Dallas producing beautiful products—it's such an honor to be recognized within this category!”
Earlier this month, our team had the incredible opportunity to attend the D Magazine “Best Of” celebration at the iconic Longhorn Ballroom. The event was a fantastic evening filled with excitement, amazing local food and drinks, and entertainment by the renowned Emerald City Band.
This recognition is a testament to the hard work of our team, the dedication of our artisans, and the support of our incredible community. We are grateful to everyone who has been a part of our journey, from our customers to our partners and beyond.
Thank you, D Magazine, for this recognition, and thank you, Dallas, for believing in Mended. We look forward to continuing to bring you beautiful, meaningful table linens that tell a story of resilience, artistry, and hope.
